The day started with breakfast, and the sessions that followed were packed with information concerning sustainable trail maintenance, which included presentations from the Westmoreland County Conservation District. After the morning sessions lunch was served in the dining hall, which was followed by afternoon sessions that included presentations on the RTC's new website, details on how to organize trail events and a refresher course on how to interpret your trail. Overall, the retreat was a huge success.
